  • Nanostructures for automatic adjustment of electron beam lithography or electron beam microscopy systems
  • Coupling structures for the efficient coupling and decoupling of optical radiation
  • Grating waveguide structures for high-reflection pulse compression gratings (hPC)
  • Diffraction gratings for spectroscopic applications
